Social Media
I allow and encourage my artwork to be shared on social media. Social media includes, but is not limited to, the following websites: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and Tumblr.
You may also share any post I have on my own social media platforms (links at the bottom of the page), and you do not need to ask permission to share any post directly from my social media platforms. Examples include sharing a Facebook post directly from my own Facebook Artist Page to your own page or personal account, retweeting one of my tweets directly from my Twitter Page, re-pinning one of my Pinterest pins, or sharing one of my LinkedIn posts.
However, if you are downloading my artwork and re-uploading it to another social media platform (this method is not encouraged), I require that my name "ARTBYESHAA" and my website "https://www.eshaa.art" be placed within the text of your post. A live link (clickable link) to my website is mandatory. You must also Tag Me (@ me) on the Social Media Post.
Any unauthorized downloading and reposting (not sharing) of my artwork on social media without attribution is strictly forbidden. Posting my artwork on your Facebook page without giving credit to me as the artist and linking to my page and website will not be tolerated, you will be reported. Uploading my artwork to Pinterest without linking to my site, or linking to an unrelated site, will be reported and removed.
Videos
If you wish to use any of my artworks in your Youtube videos (or other video platforms such as Vimeo, TikTok, Twitch, etc), you MUST write an e-mail to me and ask written permission for use. Please include your channel/user link and exactly how the image will be used. You MUST also place an attribution to me in your video or channel description, at the top. (Example: The artwork used in this video is “Cat Dad” by ArtByEshaa, https://www.eshaa.art All Rights Reserved)
In addition, if your YouTube channel is monetized, there will be a fee for usage of my artwork in any part of your video.
Any unauthorized usage of my copyrighted artwork within any video, as a video thumbnail, or as a channel or user icon, without explicit permission, is forbidden.
Avatars / Icons / Profile Pictures
If you want to use one of my artworks as your avatar you MUST e-mail me or message me on the platform itself for permission first. I usually do not grant permission for its use, since it cannot be credited; but may occasionally make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Unauthorized use of my artwork for any avatar, icon, or profile picture on any website, social media account, forum, or any other account is strictly forbidden.
Album Art – Online
If you wish to use my artwork as a cover art for your album, please e-mail me and ask permission first. There will be a fee to license my artwork for usage as album art.
Unauthorized use of my artwork as album cover art for any online streaming service (including but not limited to Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, SoundCloud, Google Play, Mixcloud) is strictly forbidden.
Blog Articles
If you wish to use one of my images in your blog article, please e-mail me and ask permission first. I will need the complete link to your blog, and the manner in which it is used. It is also required that you display attribution to me as the artist as well as my website immediately below the image being used, as well as in the alt text and image description. For example: This artwork is titled “Cyberpunk Girl”, by artist Eshaa, https://www.eshaa.art The link must be a live link (clickable).
Unauthorized use of my artwork in any blog post (including but not limited to WordPress, Blogger, LiveJournal, and many others) is strictly forbidden.
Clipart / Wallpaper Sites
Any use of my artwork on any clipart site, wallpaper site, image gallery, image scraping sites, or an other website where the objective is redistributing images, is strictly forbidden.
