Important Information

  • Simple/Plain background will not be charged.

  • Additional characters may be added for half or quarter the price (depending on the type of drawing) of the agreed cost of the commission.

  • Please take your time to finalize what you’d like — I always prefer a well thought-out idea over a jumbled one.

  • When you initially enquire about a commission, please send me a semi-detailed description of what you have in mind. Perhaps most importantly, make sure you mention the type of commission you'd like (Type 1,2,3,4 or 5), and attach screenshots of your character(s) if relevant. I need this info to give you an accurate price estimate. I will then tell you if I'm going to do it.

  • A down payment of 50% will be required upon confirmation of the order.

  • The more references you give me, the closer the artwork will match your request.

  • I will upload the finished artwork to my portfolio and social media unless you explicitly tell me not to.

  • I reserve the right a decline a commission or if you ask me to draw a certain object I’m not comfortable with or not have experience with, I get the right to decline.

  • Only you, the client, is allowed to print and/or upload the art and claim the right of their character(s), but not the drawing itself.

  • You don't have the right to edit the artwork or remove my watermark.

  • When you are commissioning me, you are purchasing a license to use my artwork under my conditions for non-commercial purposes -- this means no selling, marketing, promotion, merchandising, or any other commercial activity. I reserve all rights to revoke your license.

  • If you want to use it for commercial use, you need to let me know. Costs for commercial work will vary.

  • Commercial usage and reproduction of my artwork (making money off of it) is infringement of my copyright and this is not allowed unless we have made an agreement beforehand.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If your commission has been cancelled, but you have already paid for it, a full refund will follow, regardless of how much progress has been made on the piece.
  • You may suggest two or three small tweaks to the final piece, but anything significantly large will require additional payment. Thank you!
